In order to improve our capacity & to meet more production requirements, auto injection machines were launched in this October. The room can accommodate 14 machines, 12 machines already put into production, will increase more machines next year.



Fully automatic SMT technology: Through automatic screen printing and soldering, automatic SMT, and wave soldering detection, efficient production processes are achieved.
Use Yamaha brand high-performance surface mount machines to ensure production efficiency and quality.

In March 2021, our dust-free painting workshop was successfully established and mass production was achieved.
Total two lines, each line paints 8000pcs parts in 8 hours.




Set up a dust-free assembly workshop in April 2021, till now we have 4 lines. Still using the belt line type in flow mode, with dual width parallel setting.
Workers sits directly faces the production line instead of parallelly. Also, the traditional paper SOP will be replaced by LCD screen.
